BRIEF

Fagypt wanted to redefine real estate discovery in Egypt with a platform that is modern, trustworthy, and easy to use. The challenge was to simplify property search for both residential and commercial users, while standing out in a competitive market and offering a full-featured experience.

SOLUTION

We designed a clean, human-centered platform focused on usability and accessibility across all devices. Features included interactive maps, advanced but intuitive filters, and detailed property pages, virtual tours, saved favourites, agent dashboards, and booking tools. Progressive disclosure was used to manage complexity, keeping the interface powerful yet user-friendly. Every design decision prioritized a seamless, confident property search experience.

RESULT

The new platform positions Fagypt as a trusted, modern real estate ecosystem in Egypt. Users can explore, filter, and connect with agents effortlessly, whether on desktop or mobile. The clean, responsive design and user-centric features provide a full property search experience, making Fagypt a go-to destination for buyers, renters, and agents alike.
